The Purchase and Refinance sections are dynamic. They appear conditionally based on what is entered as the Loan Purpose.
The PURCHASE INFORMATION tabs and sections on Loan Overview, Structure Loan, Reviews and URLA will only appear if the Loan Purpose is Purchase.
The REFINANCE INFORMATION tabs and sections on Loan Overview, Structure Loan, Reviews and URLA will only appear if the Loan Purpose is Refinance.
Once you select a Loan Purpose, additional questions will appear based on your selection to ensure you only see relevant information.
