1. Three enhancements have been made to the 'Appraisal Order' advanced activity in Charlie in the April 2025 Release.

2. First, parties can now be added from the side sheet. Click the '+' to add a party.

3. Expand the drop down to select the party to be added.

4. Add Appraisal Management Company and click 'Next' to enter the details.

5. Second, Xactus can now be selected when ordering an appraisal, broadening vendor options. Click on 'Order Appraisal.'

6. Expand the Vendor drop down to view options.

7. Xactus is now on the list to be selected.

8. And finally, completed appraisal reports are now automatically retrieved and added to the Documents side sheet.
