1. Several enhancements were made to the Employment Verifications screens and workflow in the August release.

2. First, the Verifications section is now expanded by default, reducing the number of clicks to view the records.

3. Next, VOE details can now be added or edited directly within the document view, allowing for easy side by side comparison.

4. And finally, a 'Manual Verification' option was added.

5. This allows the user to enter all of the pertinent information like employer contact details, method type, status and completion information, all in one convenient place.

6. Once the details are there, the user can then generate the document, whether a written VOE to send to the employer,

7. or a verbal VOE to complete the activity.
