Stated: Manually entered by user and not linked to a document
Collected: Manual data collection completed from a document
Validated: Data is validated using validation activity/rules/calculations
Verified: Data is verified by a user (typically an Underwriter)
Rejected: User or biz logic determines the data is not needed or not correct.
Reported: Data was received from an outside data source (ex: a credit report)
