1. A new Pending Sale Details section now dynamically appears on the Address & REO Review when a borrower has a property that will be sold.

2. To see the functionality, select the applicable address on the Current Address screen.

3. Click 'Edit' on the Current Residence Details screen.

4. When the Current Address is marked 'Own' in the How is this address being used section

5. And 'Pending' status is selected,

6. the new Pending Sale Details section dynamically displays, where the Projected Closing Date and Sales Contract Amount are entered.

7. Charlie automatically calculates the Net Proceeds Amount as 90% of the contract price and creates a new Asset for the Net Proceeds Not Deposited.

8. The Amount or Percent can be adjusted manually.

9. The new 'Pending Net Sale Proceeds From Real Estate Assets' appears in the Gifts & Other Assets section of the Asset Review Advanced Activity.
