Review Activity Automation & Navigation
Smarter automation for Address & REO, Application, Asset, Credit, Employment and Income with the September release.
1. Activities are now triggered automatically when certain Progress Item statuses change to 'Needs Review' or 'Needs Order'.
Using Employment as an example, when the 'In Progress' status,
2. changes to 'Needs Review', the Employment Review activity is automatically triggered.
3. It appears on the Activity List for the assigned skillset. Clicking on the Activity takes the user straight to the Review,
4. providing direct navigation with fewer clicks.
