1. In this guide, we’ll walk through how to order a credit report in Charlie.

Start by selecting the Application Review activity from your open Assigned Activity List.

2. Credit can also be ordered in a few other places in Charlie, if you are not ordering as part of an assigned workflow.

The Order Credit button can be accessed directly from the Credit Progress Item screen.

3. It is also available when editing the URLA. In the Application Progress Item, select the name of the borrower, then click the Edit URLA button in the upper right corner.

4. In the Borrower URLA view, click the Order Service button and select Run Credit from the dropdown menu.

5. For this guide, we will return to the Application Review activity workflow. Begin completing the sections in the left-hand navigation panel. When you reach Credit & Liabilities,

6. click the Order Credit button in the upper right and pick the Order Type.

7. For a New Credit Report, enter the required details, including Credit Vendor, Pull Type, and Credit Bureau selections.

Note the indicator at the bottom for a Mortgage Only Report request.

8. You can also select to Reissue or Upgrade a report from the same menu. The input fields will adjust dynamically based on your selection.

To Reissue, select the associated Reference Number.

9. To Upgrade, select the Report to Upgrade.

Once everything is input for the order, click the Finish button to submit.

10. If any required fields or consents are missing, Charlie will display a validation message.

Complete the missing information or obtain the consent and initiate the order again.

11. Once the credit report has been received, Charlie automatically triggers the Credit Review activity.

This allows you to review all data imported from the report directly within the system.

12. Once the report is received and the review activity is triggered, the Credit Progress Item Status will update automatically to show Integration Complete and Credit In Progress.
