1. A new indicator on the TRID Tracking screen flags whether a loan is subject to TRID requirements.
The ‘Subject to TRID Rule’ selection ensures proper handling of non-TRID loans, such as HELOCs and Non-QM, and establishes the foundation for future automated logic.
