The Mortgage Insurance section within the Underwriter Review now matches the MI Review experience, featuring two streamlined subsections for easy validation
1. The Underwriter Review Advanced Activity now includes enhanced functionality for loans requiring Mortgage Insurance
2. There are 2 new subsections specific to the Cert and AUS Findings, that match the full experience in the MI Review.
3. Instructions have been expanded to provide clear contextual guidance.
4. And more fields have been added for comprehensive validation.
5. There is now an editable MI Premium Table for the upfront and renewal amounts.
6. In the AUS Findings subsection, the results specific to MI are displayed, allowing for quick comparison with the quote.
7. An updated quote can be requested with a single click. Upcoming enhancements will support the same process for effortless Certificate ordering.
