Closing Disclosure with Rate Lock Agreement
1. Responding to customer request, Charlie now supports a combined CD & Rate Lock Agreement package.
2. Simply select the ‘CD with Rate Lock’ option to generate and deliver both documents to the borrower in one step.
3. Also included with this release are additional required field checks to ensure disclosures are complete and compliant.
