The Loan Overview screen is accessible at all times to authorized users, providing a summary of the loan details. Users can navigate through the various tabs and chips to review essential information in a centralized location.
Instructions to View Loan Details
Step 1: Access Loan Overview screen
- Access the Loan Overview landing page from anywhere in the loan by clicking the 'Back to Loan Overview' chip at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Navigate Loan Overview
- Navigate the Loan Overview screen to review loan level details:
- Summary Cards containing summary information
- Dynamic Tabs based on loan characteristics, with the ability to edit values
- Buttons to push information to CRM, download an XML and access Get Qualified to prequal your borrower
- Chips to view Activities, Conditions and Dates
Certain dates/fields are automatically calculated or populated and cannot be edited.
