1. Key loan identifiers are stored in one convenient location within Charlie.

To view, navigate to the Loan Overview Progress Item on the left-side menu.

2. Next, click the Loan Identifiers tab at the top of the Loan Overview screen.

3. Here, you’ll find all lender-related identifying numbers such as the Loan Number, MERS MIN, and ULI, along with Investor Loan Numbers and Originator Licensing Information.

4. Most of these fields populate automatically, but they can be updated when needed.

Click the pencil icon to make edits. Then click the check mark to save your changes.
