Title Review - Lien Releases and Payoffs
Charlie now provides clearer visibility into all payoffs to support closing accuracy.
1. Within the Title Review advanced activity, the 'Lien Release' section has been expanded.
2. The 'Liabilities' tab now displays all accounts (mortgage and non-mortgage) marked as 'Paid Off At Closing'.
3. The 'Payoffs' tab offers a consolidated list of the accounts scheduled to be paid.
4. From here, the information for each can be viewed or edited.
5. One click opens the Payoff Detail screen with auto-populated fields or the ability to enter manually. This streamlined process ensures all payoff data is easily accessible and complete, making title validation faster and more reliable.
