Introducing a new Interim Servicing Progress Item to manage early borrower payments before loan sale.
1. The July 2025 Release introduces a new 'Interim Servicing' Progress Item to manage early borrower payments prior to the sale of the loan.
2. This centralized feature includes first iteration sections for Servicer Details, Key Dates and Statuses, and Servicer Transfer Information,
3. as well as Payment Summary, Payment Details, Disbursements and Year to Date calculations.
4. Servicing Transfer Letters can also be generated directly within the progress item.
5. Both Asurity and DocMagic currently offer the Interim Servicing package type through Charlie.
6. With one click, the document is requested.
7. The Notice of Servicing Transfer is then generated and is ready to send to the borrower.
