Improved Lock Event Status Syncing
Enhancements in Charlie allow for Product & Pricing Engine vendors to better support lock status updates.
1. As part of the 2025 release, Charlie can now automatically complete Lock Event requests by processing real-time data feeds from Optimal Blue and Polly.
2. In addition, all of the associated Lock Details populate or update accordingly, reducing manual entry and ensuring accurate tracking of lock statuses.
