EarlyCheck and LQA
1. Charlie now streamlines loan validation through direct integration with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
With this release, Charlie is officially certified for Fannie Mae EarlyCheck, enabling pre-AUS data check before submission to Desktop Underwriter.
2. Freddie Mac’s Loan Quality Advisor is also now integrated, providing validation and document return directly within Charlie
From the Loan Delivery dropdown, users simply click the icon to launch either EarlyCheck or LQA to begin the review process.
